Jinhua University of Vocational Technology has always committed to the Belt and Road Initiative and the concept of a China-Africa community with a shared future and closely followed the action plan of the Forum on Central African Cooperation. Jinhua University of Vocational Technology aligns with IPRC Musanze, a turnkey project for China-aid African education, sets up a Chinese Language Learning Center and a Skills Development Center, and cooperates with the Rwandan side to cultivate the application-oriented talent training of Chinese Language + Vocational Skills in the fields of Electrical Automation Technology and E-commerce. Jinhua University of Vocational Technology also collaborates with Chinese national brand enterprises such as CCC Group and Huawei to provide local talent skills training, serving Chinese enterprises going global and empowering international industrial capacity cooperation. The teaching criteriastandards for Electrical Automation Technology (level 6-7) and E-commerce (levels 6-7) jointly developed by Jinhua University of Vocational Technology and its parter have been incorporatedabsorbed into the Rwanda Education Qualification Framework (REQF). Its educational achievements have been successively selected into the Future Africa-China-Africa Vocational Education Cooperation Plan, the first batch of China’s Luban Workshop Operation Projects, the Chinese Language Workshop of the Ministry of EducationCenter for Chinese Language and Professional Skills, as well as the first batch of Belt and Road 'Silk Road College' in Zhejiang Province, standard international cultivation bases, Provincial Base for Standards Internationalization and Small but Beautiful overseas projects. It has been extensively covered by Chinese and foreign media such as the People's Daily and the New Times of Rwanda.
