On November 18, the unveiling ceremony of the Rwanda Luban Workshop was held at Integrated Polytechnic Regional College Musanze (IPRC Musanze), Rwanda. Wang Xuekun, Chinese Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Rwanda from the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Rwanda, Vice President Chen Hairong of Jinhua Polytechnic, Governor Maurice Mugabowagahunde of Northern Province of Rwanda, Vice-Chancellor Sylvie Mucyo of Rwanda Polytechnic, Principal Emile Abayisenga of IPRC Musanze, and Mayor Bizimana Hamiss of Musanze attended the unveiling ceremony. Nearly 100 teachers and students from Rwanda Polytechnic, IPRC Musanze, Jinhua Polytechnic's visiting delegation to Rwanda, and Jinhua Polytechnic, Musanze participated in the event.
