On June 7th, the opening ceremony of the Fourth International Cultural Festival of Jinhua Polytechnic and the 2024 Study in China-Summer School for International Students were successfully held at Student Activity Center. 

Foreign teachers and students from over ten countries and regions, including the United States, Rwanda, Indonesia, Serbia, Equatorial Guinea, and Ukraine, joined Chinese students from traditional culture exhibition areas to present a splendid international cultural feast. 

Vice President Chen Hairong, Party Committee Member and Director of Publicity Department and United Front Work Department Hu Yan, leaders in charge of internationalization from secondary schools, foreign teachers, all international students, Chinese student representatives, and ten teachers and students from Bemidji State University in the United States attended the event, leaving a mark in the Festival.

This year's International Cultural Festival, themed Harmony and Unity, Promising Future, consisted of an opening ceremony and cultural activities, kicking off the 2024 Study in China-Summer School for International Students summer camp at Jinhua Polytechnic. The event featured rich content and diverse forms, providing teachers and students with opportunities to understand the colorful cultures of the world and showcasing the charm of Chinese traditional culture to foreign teachers and students.

Civilizations thrive through diverse exchange and mutual learning. The school will take this International Cultural Festival as an opportunity to develop the Study at Jinhua Polytechnic cultural exchange brand, enrich the content of the Study in China-Summer School for International Students, and contribute wisdom and strength to cultivating more international talents who know, love, and understand China, promoting the exchange and mutual learning of civilizations, and building a community with a shared future for mankind.
