The employment rate of graduates in the electrical automation major reached 100%, injecting vitality from Jinhua University of Vocational Technology into the local industrial development of Rwanda. They have truly served the local economic development and become a solid bridge for promoting China-Rwanda exchanges and cooperation.
With the arrival of the second batch of project students, the school will continue to focus on the joint training goal of cultivating applied talents with both language and technical skills. It will further deepen the integration of industry and education, optimize the talent training program, and adopt models such as “on-campus project training + rotational internships in enterprises.” The school will comprehensively incorporate the talent position requirements of Chinese-funded enterprises and fully leverage its strengths in “Chinese language + skills” to carry out customized training. This approach aims to cultivate local technical and skilled talents who possess proficient skills, are familiar with Chinese technical standards, and understand the Chinese language and Chinese corporate culture. By achieving seamless alignment between talent training and industrial demands, the school will provide strong support for the steady and long-term development of vocational education “Going Global”.
