On September 8, the “Belt and Road” Countries International Education Cooperation Training Program visited Jinhua University of Vocational Technology. Twenty-four education officials and university representatives from Romania, Egypt, Sierra Leone, The Gambia, and Uzbekistan participated.


Vice President Chen Hairong attended and delivered remarks, extending a warm welcome to the participants and introducing the University’s development.

The head of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges gave a presentation titled “Demand-Oriented, Standards-Led, Integration of Education and Training: Practice of Building the Rwanda Luban Workshop,” detailing the University’s overseas Luban Workshop experience and achievements and offering new ideas for international educational cooperation.

During the training, participants engaged in on-site teaching, interactive practice, and field visits to the Intelligent Precision Manufacturing Industry–Education Park, the Simulated Hospital, and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum of the University, gaining in-depth exposure to modern vocational education concepts and practices such as industry–education integration, competition–teaching synergy, and theory–practice integration.
The program is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and hosted by Zhejiang Normal University. Through on-site teaching and cultural visits, it helped participants gain a comprehensive and multidimensional understanding of China and promoted cooperation between China and “Belt and Road” countries.
