The Institute of Higher Education at Zhejiang University has released the 2024 Annual Report on the Internationalization of Higher Education in Zhejiang Province. Jinhua University of Vocational Technology ranks first in overall internationalization among the province’s higher vocational colleges for the sixth consecutive year.

In recent years, the University has actively responded to the Belt and Road Initiative; adhered to the philosophy of serving national strategies and cultivating international craftsmen; strengthened internal features and connotations; and expanded in-depth international cooperation and exchanges. The University’s international influence and recognition have grown significantly.

According to the report, a comprehensive analysis was conducted on internationalization in talent cultivation, faculty development, international collaborative research, international exchanges, industry–academia–research cooperation, service to the Belt and Road, and internationalization support and safeguards across Zhejiang’s higher education institutions, and policy recommendations for the next stage were proposed.
