On September 22, a five-member delegation led by Pei Guangsheng, Chairman and President of Hanoi College, visited Jinhua University of Vocational Technology(JUVT) for on-site exchanges on vocational education cooperation.


At the meeting, President Liang Kedong extended a warm welcome to the delegation and introduced JUVT’s history and internationalization efforts. Pei Guangsheng highly praised the University’s achievements in vocational education and its internationalization strategy.
Both sides held in-depth discussions on pathways for vocational education cooperation and signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

The delegation toured the Intelligent Precision Manufacturing Industry–Education Park, the Artificial Intelligence Innovation Workshop, the Virtual Simulation Training Base, the Simulated Hospital, the Affiliated Hospital, and partner enterprise Leapmotor, gaining a detailed understanding of the University’s model of industry–education integration and university–enterprise cooperation. They spoke highly of the University’s achievements in these areas and in internationalization.


Hanoi College comprises seven secondary schools offering 29 programs in fields including Health Sciences, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, and Business Administration. This visit mapped out a blueprint for cooperation between the two institutions. Moving forward, both sides will carry out in-depth collaboration on co-developing standards, co-cultivating talent, and co-training faculty, contributing to China–Vietnam vocational education cooperation and people-to-people exchanges.
