On September 19, a delegation including Gil Averous, Mayor of Châteauroux, France; Jean Yves Hugon, Deputy Mayor; Pierre Olivier Lombarteix, Vice President of the Institut Universitaire de Technologie de l'Indre; and Yu Huan, Advisor to the Agglomeration Community of Châteauroux, visited Jinhua University of Vocational Technology (JUVT). They were accompanied by Chen Yan, Director of the Jinhua Foreign Affairs Office. President Liang Kedong, Vice President Chen Hairong, and relevant department heads welcomed the guests.

During the symposium, President Liang Kedong extended a warm welcome to the delegation and highlighted the university's explorations and achievements in internationalization. He expressed strong expectations for comprehensive cooperation with the city of Châteauroux.

Gil Averous spoke highly of the university's educational philosophy and international development strategy. He emphasized that Châteauroux places great importance on educational collaboration with China and will actively promote multi-level and broad-cooperation between educational institutions in Châteauroux, the Indre department, and Jinhua University of Vocational Technology.

The delegation also toured the Intelligent Precision Manufacturing Education-Industry Integration Park and the university history museum. They gained a detailed understanding of the university's industry-education integration and university-enterprise cooperation model, as well as its development history. The guests praised the advanced training equipment, innovative talent cultivation mechanisms, and the overall achievements of the university.
